You will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. By using the Website you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must immediately stop using the Website. Your statutory rights still apply.
Your orders
When you place your order, we will review it and put it through for processing. Once the item is packaged we are unable to amend your details. To avoid any disappointment, please ensure your details are correct before you place an order (checkout). Your payment is taken at the point you place your order and at the rate shown at the checkout.
Price
Your payment is taken as you place your order so you will always be charged at the rate advertised at the point of ordering

£Free* for orders over £30

We track all orders via a shipping tracking number which we will supply. Delivery may take up to 3-5 business days. If we have any delays we'll let you know.
Turnaround
Despite being a small business we aim for all orders to be shipped within 48 hours - Monday - Friday 9am- 6pm. If there are any unforeseen delays - particularly due to Covid-19 shipping restrictions - we will let you know. If your order is urgent let us know and we will do our best to prioritize it.
Items out of stock
It is unlikely, but In the case of an item going out of stock after you have placed your order we will contact you to confirm you’re still happy to wait to proceed with your full order or if you would prefer a refund.
Quality
As a homemade brand that makes hot sauces in very small batches, we confidently achieve the highest quality of products. If you have any concerns about your order or notice any damage please take photographs of this and email us at hello@afuaskitchen.co so that we can have a look further.
Refunds
We hope you wouldn't want to return us but if you do we will do our best to help! If you would like to return your order (or part of it) please contact us directly within 14 days of your order. We only accept refunds for unopened goods (seal not opened) that are successfully returned in the condition they were shipped in. Please note we cannot process refunds for orders that were sent to the wrong address. Once we receive your return we will inspect the item(s) and notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected. Please note that we cannot cover the return shipping fee. Unfortunately this will need to be covered by yourself (the customer) and shipped with a valid tracking number.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible at hello@afuaskitchen.co. We will do our best to assist you. However, please note that any orders that have been packaged will not be eligible for cancellations.
